Their site is rather broken at the moment. One can use email to ask for a
catalog and order. My friend Morena knows them personally and says:
«Cacio Sopravvissano, also nicknamed "sopravvissuto" ("survived", since that
area has been hit by a devastating earthquake in 2016), is what Scolastici
makes together with other shepherds. So if you buy it from Scolasticy, you
support all the producers.
